  * The Self-Translation Form is a document available for download during the booking process on the Chinese Sixt website and shall be filled in by the customer himself.

  * It shall be used for countries, where legally no translation is required for Chinese driving licenses (such as GB, SI, TH), as this is not an official document. (internal purpose only)

  * The Self-Translation form will help facilitating the process at the counter, by providing all relevant information to the Rental Agent in Latin characters.
